KAZAN MIXED USE

Mixed-use architectural project in Kazan-Russia. An opening commensurate with human scale was created to capture the magnificent forest landscape. The 10-storey living units rising on a gentle slope are arranged with a linear system so that the building is affected by nature at the maximum level.

The balconies have been enlarged for outdoor living activities during the day. Building proportions are formed with horizontal members and vertical beams.

While maximizing the viewing area and functional organization so that they can live close to nature in the natural landscape and comfortable living space, the project also ensures the coexistence of architecture and the fascinating natural environment.
